Vancouver, B.C., June 25, 2007 - Condor Resources Inc. - (“Condor” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its ongoing project generation program in Latin America has resulted in the discovery of a potentially large new porphyry copper system in Chile.

Located south of Santiago in Chile’s Region VII, this new discovery occurs within the West Fissure fault system, host to the majority of Chile’s largest copper deposits. 

A reconnaissance prospecting program in the area in 2006 eventually led to the discovery in April, 2007, of a stream sediment anomaly which returned maximum values of 960 to 4552 ppm (0.01 to 0.46%) Cu. Subsequent soil sampling also proved anomalous, with 7 samples assaying from 520 to 2671 ppm (0.05 to 0.27%) Cu.

Follow-up prospecting discovered abundant disseminated chalcopyrite and secondary copper mineralization extending for approximately 2 km in outcrop along a creek valley, hosted in an altered and brecciated intrusive complex. Selected rock samples have returned peak values of 0.45, 0.65, 0.69 and 0.76% Cu.

This large mineralized intrusive complex currently remains open to the south and southeast.

Condor geologists believe that the occurrence could be one of the most significant new copper discoveries to come out of Chile in recent years.

Plans are being made to send a prospecting crew into the area to attempt to define the limits of this extensively mineralized system, combined with a mapping and sampling program.
