John S. Watt appointed CFO

Vancouver, B.C., September 28, 2009, Condor Resources Inc. (“Condor” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Watt to the position of Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2009. 

Mr. Watt is a Chartered Accountant with over 37 years of business experience, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for other Canadian public junior mining companies with exploration programs in Latin America. Mr. Watt has provided financial and tax consulting services to both public and private companies, and has consulted to foreign filers with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. Mr. Watt earned a B.A. with a Major in Economics. In conjunction with his appointment, Mr. Watt has been granted 200,000 stock options at $0.15 per share, subject to regulatory approval.

Mr. Watt succeeds Nial Barrett who resigned as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other business opportunities.
