Ticar Consulting Corp. to provide Investor Relations

Vancouver, B.C., November 12, 2010 - Condor Resources Inc. - (“Condor” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: CN) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Ticar Consulting Corp. (“Ticar”) to carry out investor relations for the Company for a minimum term of three months, and in partial consideration thereof, has granted Timea Carlsen, President of Ticar, 100,000 options pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, at an exercise price of $0.49 per share. The options are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange and vesting over a period of twelve months. 

Ms. Carlsen has more than fifteen years experience in the investment industry, which includes working as a registered representative at Canaccord Capital in Vancouver as well as Yorkton Securities in Toronto. Ms. Carlsen has several years experience providing Corporate Communications and/or Investor Relations with publicly traded companies in the resource sector, in addition to holding the role of CEO/ Director of Global Uranium Corp. 

Condor Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2003 by field exploration specialists focused on the generation of gold and copper projects in South America, where management has extensive experience and a proven track record of discovery.
