Stock Options Granted

Vancouver, B.C., October 9, 2012 - Condor Resources Inc. - (“Condor” or the “Company”) (TSXV: CN) today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 600,000 stock options to certain Consultants, Employees, and an Officer, exercisable at $0.20 per share, and expiring October 8, 2017. The option grant is subject to regulatory approval.
