Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, B.C., August 18, 2006 – Condor Resources Inc – (“Condor” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce the election of directors and appointment of officers at the Company’s Annual General Meeting and directors’ meeting held on August 15, 2006.

All resolutions at the Annual General Meeting were unanimously approved.

The Directors of the Company are Patrick Burns, Lyle Davis, Paul Larkin and Graham Scott. Patrick Burns was appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer, Graham Scott was appointed Secretary and Nial Barrett was appointed Chief Financial Officer. John Robins has moved from the Board of Directors to the Company’s technical advisory board.

The following provides information regarding each new member of the Company’s board of directors and executives:

Paul Larkin – Director

Mr. Paul Larkin has been President and owner of New Dawn Group since 1984, a private finance and investment firm, involved in corporate finance, administration and investment in both public and private ventures. Mr. Larkin is also a director and/or officer of a number of publicly listed companies. Mr. Larkin has been actively involved in international ventures with head offices in the U.S., Canada, South East Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Mr. Larkin served in a senior management capacity with the Bank of Montreal and the Bank of British Columbia for a period of 12 years, and also served as an Account Executive with an international brokerage firm.

Nial Barrett – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Barrett is Vice President of the New Dawn Group, an investment and financial consulting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. New Dawn is primarily involved in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrative management of public companies. Upon completion of his B.A. (UBC) Mr. Barrett held various accounting and financial consulting positions before joining New Dawn in 2005.

Condor Resources was incorporated in 2003 to capitalize on management’s broad in-country experience and extensive contact-base in Chile and elsewhere in Latin America. The Company’s philosophy is to continue generating attractive gold and copper projects in the region, and to test selected priority targets. Condor is specifically interested in joint venture participation to enhance the value of its property portfolio.
