Stock Options Granted

Vancouver, B.C., March 14, 2011 – Condor Resources Inc. – (“Condor” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: CN) today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 2,575,000 stock options to certain Directors, Officers, Consultants, and Employees, exercisable at $0.55 per share, and expiring March 14, 2016. The option grant is subject to regulatory approval.
