Graham H. Scott
Corporate Secretary and DirectorMr. Scott is Senior Counsel at Lawson Lundell LLP, and the former principal of VECTOR Corporate Finance Lawyers. Mr. Scott practices corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on securities law and mining law. He represents many Canadian public companies which are listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, in addition to clients in the corporate finance business. Called to the bar in 1981, Mr. Scott is listed as “consistently recommended” in the area of Mining in LEXPERT.CA, a directory of Canadian lawyers based on a survey of the legal community. Dr. Quinton Hennigh
DirectorDr. Hennigh is a globally renowned exploration geologist with 30+ years of precious metals mining experience. Dr. Hennigh began his career in gold exploration after obtaining his PhD in Geology/Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines. Early in his career he worked for major gold mining companies including Homestake Mining (now Barrick Gold Corp.), Newcrest Mining, and Newmont Corp. Later, Dr. Hennigh founded Novo Resources Corp, acting as its CEO and currently serving as co-Chairman. He has played a key role in major global discoveries such as First Mining Gold’s Springpole gold deposit in Ontario, Kirkland Lake Gold’s Fosterville gold mine in Australia, the Rattlesnake Hills gold deposit in Wyoming, and Lion One’s Tuvatu gold project in Fiji, among many others. Dr. Hennigh is CEO of private silver miner, San Cristobal Mining.

Robert T. Boyd, P. Geo.
DirectorMr. Boyd is an independent director of the Company since 2008, and a senior mining executive with 40 years experience in exploration, executive-level management, corporate finance and corporate governance. Mr. Boyd is President CEO and Director of Endurance Gold Corp. Mr. Boyd was President and CEO of Athabasca Potash Inc prior to its acquisition in 2010. He was President, CEO and a director of Ashton Mining of Canada Inc. prior to its acquisition in 2007. Before joining Ashton, Mr. Boyd was a founding principal and major shareholder of a financial and strategic advisory firm to the mining and mineral exploration industry and was also formerly V.P. Exploration for Homestake Canada Limited. Mr. Boyd is a widely respected geologist and gemmologist. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C., the Society of Economic Geologists, and a Fellow of the Gemmological Associations of Great Britain and Canada. Mr. Boyd serves as a director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Paul Larkin
DirectorMr. Larkin is President of the New Dawn Group, an investment and financial consulting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. New Dawn is primarily involved in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrative management of public companies. Mr. Larkin held various accounting and banking positions for over a decade before founding New Dawn in 1983. He currently serves on the boards of Prime Mining Corp., and RE Royalties Ltd.

Francisco de Undurraga
DirectorMr. De Undurraga is a resident of Santiago, Chile, and a significant shareholder of the Company.
Mr. de Undurraga is a member of the board of Sundance Investment LLC, a company controlled by Citigroup Venture Capital International (CVCI), operating in oil exploration in the Peruvian Amazonia since 2006. He is also the founder and Chairman of FIP Ariston Cima, a private investment fund based in Santiago, Chile, since 2004, and managed by BTG Pactal, one of the most important South American investment banks. Ariston Cima manages diversified investments in the forestry, real estate, oil and mining exploration and financial sectors.
Mr. de Undurraga has had an extensive corporate executive career, holding positions as senior executive and CEO in several Chilean based companies that include Enersis and Laboratorio Chile, both with wide international operations in South America and listed on the Santiago Stock Exchange and NYSE as well.
Mr. de Undurraga originally graduated as Civil-Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Chile in Santiago, and subsequently graduated in Nuclear Engineering from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Madrid, Spain. He also graduated from the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University in California.

Lyle Davis
DirectorMr. Davis joined the Condor board of directors as an independent director prior to its initial public offering in 2006, and subsequently served as CEO from July 2013 until his retirement in 2024. Mr. Davis previously worked in corporate finance with Ernst & Young, and C.M. Oliver and Company, both in Vancouver, and prior thereto, with the Vancouver Stock Exchange. He has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University, an MBA from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Mr. Davis also serves as a director of Giga Metals Corporation.
