The center will integrate different communal entities for good communal governance with a better level of communal administrative organization, operationalize the communal enterprise, training in general, management of productive projects that generate income, communal assemblies by video conference, lodging, offices, social events and festivities, timely decision making and the consequent improvement in quality of life and prosperity, in an region.
