Stock Options Granted

Vancouver, B.C., February 10, 2014 - Condor Resources Inc. - (“Condor” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: CN) today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 600,000 stock options to six employees and one officer based in Lima, exercisable at $0.06 per share, and expiring February 4, 2019. In addition, the Company has granted 200,000 stock options to Technical Advisor, Darcy Krohman, exercisable at $0.12, and expiring February 4, 2019. The option grants are subject to regulatory approval.

The Company currently has four of its properties under active exploration by third parties, and looks forward to a flow of results from these programs. In addition, the Company is actively seeking partners on its other projects, and reviewing new opportunities identified by its Lima based technical team.
